Attorney MacKenzie will be able to estimate the cost of your case after speaking with you. Ms. MacKenzie accepts cases on an hourly basis and accepts personal injury cases on a contingency basis.
What is Attorney MacKenzie's office conference fee?
Attorney MacKenzie charges One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for a 30 minute initial conference.
How much Trial experience does Attorney MacKenzie have?
Attorney MacKenzie has represented clients in trial numerous times. She has handled many Criminal, Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Grandparent Custody hearings and trials.
How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
Attorney MacKenzie can usually see you within 24 hours of your call requesting an appointment. In emergency cases, she makes every effort to see you the day you call.
What can I expect from an office conference with Attorney MacKenzie?
You can expect to leave the conference knowing what options you have for handling your case, an estimate of what the case will cost, and what Attorney MacKenzie will charge as a minimum non-refundable fee.
Does Attorney MacKenzie accept credit cards?
Yes.
What should I bring with me when I see Attorney MacKenzie?
For criminal charges bring whatever documents you may have received from the police or the court, such as a ticket, an arrest warrant, a search warrant, or a complaint.
If you have been sued in a case which is not a criminal case, bring the documents which gave you notice that a law suit was pending against you, such as a summons, or a summons and complaint.
If you are seeking advice on whether or not to file a law suit against someone else, bring the documents which you believe support your side of the dispute.
Attorney MacKenzie will let you know what documents she needs you to provide if you are uncertain of what to bring to your first appointment.
