Carol has been an attorney for more than 30 years and brought her passion for “rooting for the underdog” from her coaching days in sporting arenas to the

courtroom “arena.”

She learned from the best, Attorney Mark Stuart and his late father, Attorney Al Stuart, and the two attorneys she would eventually partner with until 2003, in the

firm called Schaeffer Meyer and MacKenzie, Tom Schaeffer and Bob Meyer.

Little known facts about Carol include that she has received certificates for attending courses offered by international brands of makeup and skincare, sung in

Carnegie Hall, (not a solo) and backpacked in New Zealand.

Carol is interested in Functional Medicine, sometimes known as Integrative or Alternative Medicine, and works with Health Professionals to help them introduce Wellness into their practices.

Becky has been married for 28 years and has 3 wonderful, adult children. 

She loves reading and going for walks, and is active in her local church. She cares about personal growth in herself and others and volunteers her time to help others.

Becky was an office assistant in many different areas, including hospitality, newspapers, campus ministry, Mackinac Island Chamber of Commerce, and Condé Nast

Publications before joining Carol’s team in 2016.

She enjoys traveling and has spent time as a missionary in Uganda, Jamaica, and Hungary. She has chaperoned the church youth group on several camping trips and

service projects over the past 15 years.
